  • Whenever you have changes happening, it's good to chat with us! Some things are obvious, like when you move, get a new car, or have a child getting a license. Some things are less obvious, like birth of a child, changing jobs, and growing your business. If it's been a while since we've chatted - don't worry! We'll reach out every 1 to 2 years to check in for a policy review if we haven't talked recently.

  • You need to know our number, and ideally, the number for your specific carrier to call directly into their claims team. (If you can't find it, we can help - make sure to save us at 248-581-0029 in your phone!)

  • If you're not at-fault for the accident, make sure to get a police report and call us - we will help you file what is called a "mini tort" claim and manage the process for you.

  • We should review your life insurance program once per year to make sure that your contact information, beneficiary details, etc, are correct. We should do a thorough review of your needs every 2-3 years, or whenever you have big changes.

  • We are here at your side through the entire process? We focus on supporting you as you work with the company directly to handle your claim. We will check in to see how things are going, and make ourselves.

  • Umbrella policies help with covering your overall assets and income from liability risks. Get with us to calculate the total amount you should be protecting for your insurance purposes.

  • An independent insurance agent has access to provide proposals and policies through a number of companies instead of just one. This way, you can keep your point of contact (us!) the same, even if you want to switch from one of our offered companies to another. We are not just an insurance company, but an insurance advisor, here to support you, wherever you are in life.

  • You will have to pay your deductible for a home claim, and other small costs may still apply depending on the features of your policy. Call us to review your specific policy, options, and concerns.

  • There are a lot of questions that must be answered to ensure that you are getting the most accurate proposal for your scenario. Some help with your discounts, some make sure you're setting up the right coverage, and some determine your price. We try to make it easy by breaking it down into two parts

    1. Basic information, like address, vehicle info, business or driver details. This part takes 15 minutes.

    2. Needs review and proposal options, where we help you review what you want and need in your policy - This part takes 15-30 minutes based on your questions.

  • Yes and no - your limited liability company means that you as a person are limited in how much of your personal assets they can attack if they try to make a claim against your business. Without proper protection for your business, you can still put your enterprise at risk.
